Some news

I haven't updated anything a month now, but it's not because I have nothing to show or to say ;) So, I'll tell you couple news.

One of the good news is that I'm working on illustrations for the children book with fairytales. It's very enjoyable work! Paintings will be done traditionally with watercolours. And I can't wait to see the finished book. There also will be illustrations of other artists, so it must turn out very interesting.

I would love to show you my new works, but I have to find time to scan them or make photos of them. Hopefully I'll do it soon. But I can show you one of the new drawings, what I did for the estonian music band Zetod (http://www.zetod.ee/).

It's their new member - Matis :)

Bad things also happens sometimes with me. Recently my bag was stolen... there was mobile phone, documents, keys, photo camera and other things. Now when I reported about this accident to police I can just hope that they will find the thief.

Well, I'm going back to work now ^^
Have a great week!

Kindergarten

Little joke about my friends, me and my sister.
This idea was spontaneous and came to me while I was working on another illustration.

From left to right: Pascal, Tanguy, I and Helena.

Hamster

I saw a video about very crazy hamster, who was brave enough to fight with three men. This little creature impressed me much!

The video is here: [link] Look at his poses, he's like from animation movie :)

After this video I did some rough sketches of fighter-hamster.

End of 2010

This year is comming to the end and I want to say thank you to all who supported me and believed in me, especialy to my family, to everyone who sent me kind notes, comments and mails, I appreciate it very much!!! Thank you!

I wish you happy holidays, wonderfull end of the year 2010 and great 2011! :)

This painting was made for the estonian band - Zetod ( "Zetod teevad jõuluajal head!" ).

Zetod

For some months I was lucky to work with very talanted and great estonian band - Zetod, on theirs new album "Lätsi sanna". I made for them a lot of different paintings and now when the album is released I'll show you some of them:

I took photos of the album (sorry for the quality), where you can see front, back cover and inside of album, but there is much more cool stuff inside that you can't see on photo and, of course, great music :) So, if you're interested, just buy the CD and discover all the other things by yourself :)

As you can see I get autographs too ^___^

And one more photo - poster. It's funny feeling inside, when you see your own artworks all around :)

All this makes me think about my past life... It's hard to believe how much it is changed with the one year only... incredible! I hope the changes will continue:)

"Fearless"

Do you fall in panic and think "Here it is - the apocalypse!!!" when you see a little spider? Yeah? So, you are like my sister ^___^  Spiders are her biggest fears :)

I don't like spiders, but I'm not so scared of them... I even think that some of them are creepy cute :)

Cartoony version of Rainer Koik

Here are some of my new paintings. It's a cartoony version of Rainer Koik, he's a soundman... Greetings to him :)
